wot a lot of not a lot

This selfie malarkey not so easy. Anyhoo not an exciting week that started with a trip to the nearest tame frame builder to get some quotes on the 'repairs' on the new frame.

He was off that day, my luck but I'll try again this coming week. Tuesday and Wednesday brought local rides and Thursday felt like a rest day so it was. Friday I got to the local cyclists cafe too late for the cyclists but in time for the ladies that lunch, I think I'll avoid it if I'm running late again (my poor ears) Saturday was damp and mucky but the ride was good.
